ER4043 Aluminum Welding Wire
ER4043, which is an aluminum welding wire, is among the most common MIG and TIG filler metals for aluminum applications. Containing approximately 5% silicon, it makes the weld deposits appear smoother, will deposit deeper, and produces less spatter whereby no expert probably experiences such uncomplicated usability when compared to ER4047 therefore, an excellent choice for beginners and for people who would like them to attain experiences somewhat easier. Since silicon lowers the melting point of the wire, a wider chamfer can be welded without warping the thinner materials with lesser amounts of heat input than previously thought.
