Where the Norma 0156 0003 068 clamp is used

Constant torque clamps have a spring washer stack that keeps the clamp tight as the hose expands when hot and shrinks when cold, so coolant and heater lines do not seep after a cold start. OTX-4CT300L is used on coolant & heater hoses.
