Pick the clamp by the joint it has to hold
A turbo flange, a boost hose and a heater hose fail in different ways, so each needs a different clamp. Start with the family below, then narrow down by diameter or part number on the category page.
T-Bolt & Spring-Loaded T-Bolt Clamps
A solid band pulled tight by a threaded bolt gives an even 360° grip. The spring-loaded versions keep pressing as the hose heats up and shrinks back.
Use on: charge air cooler hoses, turbo inlet and intake boots
→V-Band Clamps
A V-shaped retainer pulls two flanges together with a single fastener. It is quick to open for service and stays sealed under exhaust heat. Includes turbo, EGR and DPF patterns.
Use on: turbocharger outlets, downpipes, EGR tubes, DPF sections
→Worm Gear Hose Clamps
The everyday clamp. It has a perforated 301 stainless band, adjusts with a nut driver, and comes in mini sizes for small lines.
Use on: coolant, fuel, vacuum and air lines
→Constant Torque Clamps
Belleville spring washers in the housing take up hose shrinkage. They cut down the cold-morning coolant seep that standard worm clamps let through.
Use on: radiator, heater and coolant hoses
→Lined Hose Clamps
A smooth liner covers the band slots, so silicone and thin-wall hoses are not cut or squeezed out.
Use on: silicone and soft rubber hoses
→Hi-Torque Hose Clamps
A heavier housing and wider band take more tightening torque without stripping. Use them where a standard worm gear clamp keeps letting go on large diameters.
Use on: large hoses, air intake ducts, industrial connections

Already have a part number? That is all we need.
Most clamp orders start with a number off an old clamp, a parts book or a dealer invoice. Every OneTouch clamp page lists the numbers it replaces, and each of those numbers also has its own page. So a search for an OEM number lands on the right clamp.
- Search any format. Spaces, dots and dashes are ignored, so 680 492 00 40 and 6804920040 find the same clamp.
- Check the match. Before you order, compare the diameter, band width and hardware with the specification table on the product page.
- Quote with the number attached. The Get Quote button carries the OEM number into the form, so our team sees exactly what you are replacing.

Clamps cross-referenced to your truck or engine make
Each make page collects the clamps that carry that manufacturer’s original part numbers. Use it when you maintain one brand of fleet, or when a parts book gives you a make but no aftermarket number.

Application guide
Which clamp goes where on a diesel truck
Read from left to right. Find the system you are working on, and the clamp family that normally seals it is on the right. If your number came from a parts catalogue, the cross reference settles it faster.
A single nut pulls both flanges together all the way round, so the joint opens and closes without disturbing the gasket face.
EGR leaks often trigger fault codes. A correctly sized clamp restores the seal, and replacing it is easier than chasing soot marks later.
We list 17 DPF clamp sizes. Workshops usually fit a new clamp when the filter goes back in instead of reusing a stretched one.
The spring takes up hose cold-flow, a common reason boost hoses blow off or weep oil mist after a few weeks.
Spring washers keep the load on a cold hose, which is when most coolant seepage starts.
The liner bridges the band slots, so the hose is squeezed evenly instead of being pushed out through the perforations.
The heavier housing accepts the extra torque large ducts need without the screw jumping threads.
Fast to fit with a nut driver and easy to adjust. The mini sizes fit where a standard housing will not.
This is general guidance. Always follow the vehicle or engine maker’s service information for torque values and clamp type.

Six clamp types compared
A quick reference for buyers who already know the joint but are choosing between clamp styles. Hose clamp designs are classified in SAE J1508.
| Clamp | Joint it seals | Sealing load | Handles heat cycling | Hose-friendly | Best when… |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| V-Band | Metal flange to flange | Very high | Yes, metal-to-metal | n/a (no hose) | the joint is a turbo, EGR or DPF flange that is opened for service |
| Spring T-Bolt | Hose over tube | High | Yes, spring compensates | Good, solid band | a boost hose keeps loosening on the charge air cooler |
| Constant torque | Hose over tube | Medium–high | Yes, spring washers | Good | coolant seeps only when the engine is cold |
| Hi-torque | Large hose or duct | Medium–high | Limited | Fair | a big diameter needs more torque than a standard housing allows |
| Lined | Soft or silicone hose | Medium | Limited | Best, smooth liner | the hose is silicone or thin-walled and must not be cut |
| Worm gear | Hose over tube | Standard | No, re-check after heat | Fair, perforations | you need an adjustable, low-cost clamp for general lines |
Ratings are relative to each other, not lab figures. See each product page for band width, material and torque rating. Hose clamp bands in this catalogue are 301 stainless steel. For how stainless grades differ, read 300 vs 400 series stainless steel.
Ordering in four steps
How to measure, match and order the right size
A wrong size is the easiest ordering mistake to avoid. Two minutes with a tape or calliper is enough.
Measure the outside
For hose clamps, measure the hose outside diameter where it sits over the fitting. For V-band clamps, measure the flange outside diameter.
Tip: all sizes on this site are in inchesLand mid-range
Choose a clamp whose range puts your diameter near the middle. That leaves room to tighten as the hose settles.
Tip: measure with the hose fitted, not looseMatch the number
Have an OEM or competitor number? Search it in the cross reference to confirm the size and style in one step.

Who supplies these clamps
A clamp catalogue run by an exporter that already ships metal
This clamp store is part of OneTouch Exim, an importer and exporter of stainless steel tubes, pipes, sheets and bars. Clamps sit naturally beside that range: tube and flanges on one side, the clamps that join them on the other.
We do not run a retail counter. We quote each order, so a fleet asking for twenty clamps and a distributor filling a container both get a price built for that quantity.

Questions buyers ask
Heavy-duty clamp FAQ
Can’t find your answer? Send the part number and your question together and we’ll reply to both.
Ask with a quote request →How do I find a clamp from an OEM part number?
Type the number into the search box at the top of this page, or open the cross reference index. Spaces, dots and dashes are ignored. Each OEM and aftermarket number has its own page that links to the matching OneTouch clamp.
What is the difference between a V-band clamp and a T-bolt clamp?
A V-band clamp joins two metal flanges, which is why it is used on turbochargers, EGR tubes and DPF sections. A T-bolt clamp squeezes a hose onto a tube, as on charge air cooler and intake hoses. They are not interchangeable.
When should I use a constant torque clamp instead of a worm gear clamp?
Use one when coolant weeps from a hose joint mainly on a cold engine. Rubber hose shrinks as it cools, and a standard worm gear clamp does not follow it. The spring washers in a constant torque clamp keep the load on.
Why choose a spring-loaded T-bolt clamp for charge air cooler hoses?
Boost hoses heat up, expand under pressure and then cold-flow. The spring keeps tension on the joint through those cycles, so the hose is less likely to loosen or blow off.
What material are the hose clamps made from?
The worm gear, constant torque, lined, hi-torque and T-bolt clamps in this catalogue list 301 stainless steel bands. Each product page shows the band, screw and housing materials. For background on stainless grades, see 304 vs 316 stainless steel.
Do you sell single clamps or only bulk?
Both. Every order is quoted, so tell us the quantity: a handful for one truck, or mixed cartons for a distributor. Pricing is set for that volume.
Are the sizes in inches or millimetres?
Sizes and weights are listed in inches and pounds, the way North American OEM catalogues show them. Many products also show the clamping range in millimetres.
Send us a list. We’ll match every line.
Paste OEM numbers, competitor numbers or sizes, with the quantities and the delivery country. We match each line to a OneTouch clamp and send one consolidated quote.
