Product Overview – HD T-Bolt Spring Load Clamp 4.88 in to 5.19 in
When a standard clamp is not enough, the OTX-4ST488H heavy-duty spring-loaded T-bolt clamp (4-7/8 in to 5-3/16 in (124–132 mm)) gives a dependable seal on charge air cooler, turbo and intake hoses.
The spring-loaded bolt compensates for hose cold-flow and thermal cycling, a common cause of charge air leaks on turbocharged diesel engines.
Construction: a 301 stainless steel band 3/4 in wide, a zinc plated carbon steel screw, a 1/2 in nut, with a torque rating of 150 in-lbs.
It interchanges with 4 aftermarket part numbers from brands such as Breeze, Excoh, Norma, including Excoh 4ST488H, Norma 3630004128, Norma 0363 0004 128.
