HP Graphite Electrode
HP graphite electrode is the conducting component for electric arc furnaces’ steelmaking. It is formed by needle coke, petroleum coke, and coal pitch and is constructed by a sequence of strict show procedures. High-current lines are inserted via the graphite electrode wharf inside the furnace body. This will discharge electric energy in the arc furnace to heat the furnace.
